Looking for Coaches

The Colorado Diamonds are looking for quality coaches who are looking to join our growing and successful organization. The Diamonds organizational continues to provide one of the most complete player development opportunities in Colorado. Along with South Jeffco Sports we provide softball opportunities for girls from 7 to 18 at all levels. Combined we have over 350 girls playing softball in our combined organizations. We continue to grow and need to be sure we are adding quality coaches who are also quality people.

We believe that the growth and success of our club is directly related to the quality and character of our coaches. To help attract quality Coaches the Diamonds have built an infrastructure designed to give coaches all the tools needed to achieve success.

Year round indoor facility
Access to hitting and pitching coaches working out of same facility
Access to some of the best fields in the Southern Jefferson County
Office staff to handle financial and administration items
State of the art web presence with email and text notifications
Stable organization that has continued to grow over the last five years

What does all this mean? It allows Coaches to Coach!!

The Diamonds allow their coaches to have full control over their season, including rosters, schedules and budgets. You have options to play in the Jeffco Double Header league, pick your own tournament schedule, and decide on the size and make up of your team.

We can also support existing teams that want to become part of a large organization. If you are an existing independent team and want to see what being part of a bigger organization can provide please contact me and we can discuss what the Diamonds can offer.
